    Our NO RISK membership guarantees your organization or facility will profit from our program or we will refund your fee. Ask our membership team for details.
  • Who can become an EI Direct Member?
    Membership is limited to baseball and softball travel team organizations and facilities. They must be a legal business entity and qualify under other possible criteria.
  • Can I resell equipment to my players?
    Absolutely and you are encouraged to do this! Your program will benefit from increased revenue and your players will benefit from increased discounts.
  • What is the cost to join?
    The annual membership fee begins with a $0 cost option. Please be sure to ask a membership representative about our risk-free membership program and payment details.
  • Are there any other fees?
    There is a tier-based service charge based on the level of membership. Please be sure to ask a membership representative about our risk-free membership program and payment details.
  • How do I place orders?
    Either by calling the manufacturers customer service department, a designated sales rep or our support team.
  • Are there any minimums when ordering?
    In most cases there are no minimums, sometimes a manufacturer will charge a small fee if the order does not go over a designated amount like $100.
